COS350 - povRAY

Project Information:

    |  October 16, 2002  |  08:00 MWF  |  Dr. Toll  |  COS 350  |  Project #2 - povRAY  |  \~jwinslow\350\povray\index.html  |

Assignment Description:

We were to hand-write in povRAY a scene with multiple light sources (different types also), different camera locations, and apply textures to the objects.

Defending My Code:

Because povRAY is such a simple language, much of my code resembles the tutorials from whence it came (or at least was inspired). The concept behind the torus medley was my own, as are the textures and color combinations. Yet many of the aspects of the scene (such as the spotlight) were modified and implemented in my code as a part of my overall idea.

Project Journal:

If you have absolutely no time on your hands, and have a sadistic desire to read my innermost thoughts from when I was working on the project, then this area is for you. Or if your name is Dr. Toll and you are paid a salary to meet the aforementioned characteristics, then you may also click here to view the log.
